Integral Flo-Tel™ provides an excellent technical solution for identifying when a bursting disc functions within arduous operating conditions. After bursting, the disc is the only element to be replaced, thus eliminating expensive re-wiring costs.
  
  • ATEX approved II 1GD EEx ia IIC. EC-Type Examination Certificate ITS03 ATEX 21698X, must be connected to an intrinsically safe supply.
  • ATEX approved, thus able to operate in all levels of potential explosive atmospheres
  • Sensor does not require replacing thus eliminating re-wiring costs
  • Sensor is not in contact with the process thus no potential of leak paths
  • Non invasive design, therefore not affected by downstream pressure fluctuations or corrosion
  • IP 65 rated
 
ELECTRICAL INFORMATION
TEMPERATURE LIMITS
Integral Flo-Tel™ should be connected to an Intrinsically safe supply that is compatible with values:
Ui = 50v.
Ii = 250mA.
Supplied with a 2m cable.
Maximum process temprature 300°C.
Miniimum process temprature -100°C.
Integral Flo-Tel™ is compatible with most of the Elfab Bursting Disc Range and can be used in a wide range of applications including relief valve isolation.

To ensure the correct performance of a bursting disc, it must be used in its correct holder, as specified by the bursting disc manufacturer.

Pressure Intelligence

 The data shown on these sheets represents the standard offering from Elfab. Depending upon the requirements of your application, Elfab maybe able to provide a solution based on this product but outside the standard operating parameters. In addition, Elfab produces an extensive range of alternative products which maybe more suitable for your requirements.

As a result of extensive testing, Elfab can advise on these choices, or on other technical matters, such as discharge requirements, temperature testing, material selection and corrosion resistance, customised designs and burst detection.
