The Hygienic Opti-Gard™ System is a unique design specifically for aseptic and hygienic conditions providing a fully loaded technical solution with advanced detection and flexibility. The system offers significant benefits to everyone involved in the Specifications, purchase and operation of pressure management systems.

Hygienic Opti-Gard™ is non fragmenting and has a smooth uninterrupted surface finish to reduce contamination and maximise stream sterilisation (SIP) and clean-in-place (CIP) procedures. To facilitate installation Hygienic Opti-Gard™ is designed to fit directly between ISO2852 standard food industry couplings and clamp fittings.

The holder is configured to accept Elfab’s ATEX-approved Integral Flo-Tel™ burst detection switch as standard.

To ensure the correct performance of a bursting disc, it must be used in its correct holder, as specified by the bursting disc manufacturer.

The holder is supplied with a Silicon O ring. Other FDA approved O rings can be supplied on request, please ask for details.

Depending upon the requirements of your application, Elfab maybe able to provide a solution based on this product but outside the standard operating parameters.
