OsecoElfab is a leading global provider of pressure relief and explosion protection solutions.

From our headquarters in the UK and USA, we manufacture rupture discs, explosion vents and associated burst detection systems to protect people, plant and the environment. Our services include highly specialized engineering and design consultation, product training seminars, site surveys and a stock consolidation program.

Serving a global customer base, we have two manufacturing facilities: one in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma (USA) and one in North Shields (UK). These are supported by six regional sales offices and over sixty approved representatives worldwide.

Key sectors include chemical process, refining, energy, pharmaceutical and biotech, electrification and power, and OEM industries such as bulk handling, gas generation and handling, cryogenics, medical, aerospace, transportation, and hydrogen.

Steve Gallo, President & CEO

With over 20 years’ experience in general management, M&A, business development, and Board-level roles, Steve directs OE's company governance,strategy, and P&L. His expertise spans Fortune 500, mid-cap, and venture capital-backed companies across sectors such as Industrial Safety, Power Distribution, Alternate Energy, and Security/Authentication. At OE, Steve has led the complete integration of Oseco and Elfab into a unified company, accelerated profitable growth and delivered strategic initiatives in expanding OE’s core products and markets. His vision is to transform OE into a global leader in emergency pressure relief, pressure and emissions control, and explosion protection, in alignment with the company’s Purpose. A dedicated mentor, Steve is committed to cultivating the next generation of leaders at OE.

Stephanie Hoffman, CFO

Stephanie oversees Finance and works with Steve to develop and implement OE’s strategic vision. She has over 20 years’ worth of international finance and leadership experience working at Fortune 500 level and at SMEs, in industries as varied as leasing, financial services and energy. Her focus at OE is to facilitate growth through consistently delivering financials, ensuring compliance with the Halma governance framework, and driving the best capital allocation within the company. Stephanie enjoys challenging established thought patterns to achieve the best possible outcomes for our customers, for OE, and for our people, in line with our Purpose. She is passionate about looking after our people, growing the next generation of leaders – and having some fun along the way!

Mark Holt, Director of Compliance and Business Systems

Mark ensures the organization's operations, processes, and systems comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards. Additionally, he oversees the development, implementation, and maintenance of OE’s technology infrastructure. His career spans over 20 years in pressure management, with roles in Design, Innovation, Quality,Operations, and General Management. His activities at OE include new product developments, risk management, and improving operational efficiency through a culture of continuous improvement. He is passionate about best serving our customers to make their lives easier, safer, and cleaner, and developing OE’s employees to be their best, authentic selves. His vision is for OE to realize its potential for innovation and growth, and to continue to be a great place to work.

Russell Trotter, Global Vice President of Innovation, Engineering and New Value Development

Russell champions novel product development and upholds the highest standards in engineering and innovation. He brings over 20 years’ Board-level experience to OE, with previous roles including Operations Director and Business Development Director. As a leader within Halma, he has successfully led growth initiatives, facilitated mergers, and directed multi-site operations across the Halma Group. At OE, Russell has been instrumental in transforming the business into a global, customer-focused company. For him, safety and environmental sustainability are not just corporate objectives; they are activities that positively impact people’s lives. His vision is for OE to become a recognized leader in addressing today’s global challenges in Emergency Pressure Relief, Pressure & Emission Controls, and Explosion Protection.

Robyn Stange, Vice President, Talent and Culture

With over 35 years talent management& HR generalist experience, Robyn is responsible for driving the strategic direction and implementation of initiatives that support OE’s talent management and workplace culture objectives. These include global initiatives focused on culture development, talent acquisition, and talent development. Throughout her career, Robyn has expertly navigated complex talent management scenarios, including company mergers, acquisitions, consolidations, and downsizing. Her ability to provide insightful guidance on organization design, team effectiveness strategies, and change management programs has proven instrumental in supporting growth and driving positive outcomes. Robyn is passionate about building successful teams. She excels in fostering collaboration and influencing others. She is a trusted confidante, consistently demonstrating integrity, discretion, and confidentiality.

Brandon Hentzen, Global Vice President of Operations

Brandon is responsible for overseeing manufacturing, quality, and supply chain/logistics at OE sites globally. He possesses over 15 years’ experience in operational leadership across the oil and gas, aerospace, and automotive industries. This is supported by nearly a decade of sales and marketing leadership within OE itself. He is passionate about creating a culture of operational excellence, with an emphasis on customer-centricity. This involves working closely with customers to deliver innovative solutions, but also developing next generation leaders to cultivate and progress that culture of excellence. Brandon’s vision is to make OE a great place to work for all employees, and for OE to be the partner of choice within the industries we serve.

Travis Nester, Vice President, Sales and Marketing

Travis oversees all aspects of sales, marketing and brand management. He has over 30 years’ leadership experience, gained in industries as varied as energy,software, construction, and aerospace. This extensive background informs his approach at OE, where he has successfully restructured the sales team to increase its impact across new geographies and industries. The re-branding project in 2021 enabled OE to gain impact internationally. An active leader, Travis is committed to his team’s growth and success. He is passionate about business expansion, as he sees this leading to more opportunities for everyone at OE. His vision for OE is to establish multiple international teams, each delivering safety solutions across several product lines.
