As the IT Solutions Manager you will work closely with the leadership team to define the IT strategy for the future as well as streamlining operations and services in alignment with business objectives.
This hands-on role will oversee all site IT projects and have responsibility for the IT infrastructure and applications architecture, including ERP systems, across the business.
You will be able to demonstrate experience in team management, project management, managing a third party provider and working with VOIP phone systems. You will also have wide-ranging IT skills, including experience in MS SQL server administration, 2008-2016 releases.

IT Solutions Technician
As part of our continued growth we are looking for an IT Solutions Technician to work alongside the IT Solutions Manager to deliver a great IT experience to the wider business.
The ideal person will have varied IT knowledge, be able to demonstrate solid IT support experience, exhibit a ‘can do’ attitude and enjoy problem-solving.
Reporting to the IT Solutions Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of all IT applications covering software and hardware within the company. This includes networking, configuring operating systems and using remote desktop connections. You’ll also provide immediate support and a quick response to IT issues.

Trainee Production Operator
Working on the production floor you will have the opportunity to become trained in the manufacturing of rupture discs, holders and related accessories – including new products as the Elfab portfolio continues to grow.
The duration of the initial training is 6 months, with the opportunity after this to continue to develop through the salary linked skills matrix in the future.
Requirements include GCSE/equivalent grade A-C in Maths and English and preferably one other in a technical subject, IT literacy with competence in Microsoft Office and a willingness to complete on the job or vocational training and formal qualifications as required.
